The main HR initiative that I have championed is to shift work mindsets from output-driven results to an outcome-driven one. It is not about how much you put in or produce, but more importantly, if you have actually met the eventual goals and objectives.
3) On the Future: What’s one key skill or mindset you think every HR professional in Singapore will need in the next 5 years - and why?
Every HR professional in Singapore should purposefully integrate fun into the workplace and make work enjoyable. From increased motivation to elevated performance, this could be the main differentiator between organizations in the next 5 years. Because now, your employees want to show up, put their best foot forward, and together, take the organization to the next level.
